G-Cube win of two awards at the National Award for Excellence in Training & Development 2016, hosted by the World HRD Congress in two categories – Best Sales Development Program and Best Training Initiative for Automobile Industry.

In the category of Best Sales Development Program, G-Cube presented an IVR based sales development program for leading FMCG Company in India, Hindustan Unilever. This IVR-based system is the first of its kind experience for the sales team at HUL. It created a way to continuously learn and assess even from remote locations where internet connectivity or access to computers is limited. The assessment questions asked were pertaining to everyday work of the sales personnel and challenged them to think on their toes. The technology-aided platform was new to them, but since all that they needed to do was call a toll-free number, the learning solution was hugely popular.
G-Cube also showcased an innovative training solution created for Maruti Suzuki India Limited. G-Cube created a Spaced Learning Program to re-enforce classroom and e-learning efforts. Spaced learning is a methodology where learning is completed through multiple sessions over a longer period of time, thereby leading to more time for retention. The repetitive methodology encourages the learners’ brains to perceive the information as ‘important’ and helps remember it for long. We created a variety of learning material including email refreshers, short games as well as a series of short videos and animations which are pleasing to the eye and also deliver learning effectively.
