CAE Explores an Integrated Approach to Military Flight Training at MFT 2016
SMi reports (25.07.2016, London, UK): CAE Strategy and Business Development Manager joins speaker lineup for Military Flight Training 2016 this Autumn.
London, United Kingdom, July 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Training simulator designer CAE has joined the speaker lineup for the 5th Military Flight Training Conference which takes place on the 21st and 22nd September in London.
In line with the recent news of CAE winning $77 million’s worth of contracts with the Royal Canadian Air Force and UK Military to provide simulation products and training support services, Strategy and Business Development Manager Peter Eadie will be presenting on the company’s integrated approach to military flight training. His presentation will explore:
- Modern training challenges
- Live Flying Training
- Synthetic Training Environment
- Live-Virtual-Constructive Training to deliver “affordable readiness”
- Training concepts – asynchronous training and surrogate aircraft
- Military-led – Industry-delivered training partnership
Peter Eadie completed 33 years’ service in the British Army in October 2015, having reached the rank of Colonel. He served for six years as an infantry officer, then transferred to the Army Air Corps achieving 2,500 rotary wing hours and seeing extensive operational service in Afghanistan and Northern Ireland. His final operational tour of duty was as Commander Task Force Jaguar, the UK Joint Aviation Group in Afghanistan. During his final three years’ service, he was Commandant of the Army Aviation Centre, training all Army air and ground crew. He joined CAE in December 2015.
Peter joins an expert speaker lineup of senior military leaders and decision makers from leading air forces and defence organisations at the forefront of technological and training advances including the UK RAF, US Air Force, US Navy, France, Poland, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Austria and many more.
