Colliers Secures New Warsaw HQ for Deloitte
First and biggest tenant for Skanska’s new Atrium City office building.
Warsaw, Poland, January 18, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International Poland has secured a new Warsaw HQ for the leading global services provider Deloitte.
Deloitte will be the first and biggest tenant for Atrium City, Skanska’s landmark new Warsaw Class A office building, and will move into a new development to be named Deloitte House in May 2009. During the negotiations Deloitte was advised by Colliers International Poland.
With the signing of the lease, Deloitte will be the anchor tenant of Atrium City, the next stage of Skanska’s highly successful Atrium complex in central Warsaw. The building will offer a net rentable area of some 20,000 m2. Skanska is already planning another two office buildings within the project.
“We are delighted to have achieved this landmark deal for Deloitte,” said Hadley Dean, Managing Partner of Colliers International Poland. “This was the second time that Colliers International has acted as exclusive advisor to Deloitte. A deal of this magnitude shows that Colliers International is the major tenant representation player in the office market in Warsaw.”
“We are proud to have signed the first lease contract with such significant and renowned company like Deloitte. Thanks to a top quality working environment and outstanding central location this building will coincide with the high profile of the company. This prime quality office building is definitely designed for the most demanding and prestigious tenants,” added Mats Johansson, Managing Director of Skanska Property Poland.
“We are very pleased to have completed this transaction. The decision to move our offices to a new location was made in connection with our steady development and intensive growth. We are convinced that this building will provide us with quality space and location which reinforces our presence as one of the largest professional services firms in the Polish market. Providing our clients with the highest quality of service, and top level work environment for our people are priority issues for the firm. We are sure that the new location in the heart of Warsaw, in a spacious, new office building will meet their expectations,” concluded Michael Barrington, Managing Partner of Deloitte in Poland.
