Philip James Partnership Ltd Add a Large Orchard to Their Property Management Service

The development of 40 properties at West Didsbury Village, on Orchard Street, comprises of one and two bedroom apartments and is a further example of Philip James' excellent reputation and first class service attracting large property portfolio clients.

Negotiations started between John and Julian Wood of West Didsbury Village Ltd and Philip James’ Rob Kennedy in March 2016, although the relationship was built up over many years before the deal was discussed.

Julian Wood from West Didsbury Village Ltd explained, “We have known Rob Kennedy, Managing Director of Philip James, for many years but only as an Estate Agent. Rob approached us when Philip James opened their new property management centre on Burton Road, West Didsbury with regards to pitching for our lettings business. Rob and Marc Cox, their new business manager, drove over to the Island of Anglesey to meet with us and they ‘talked the talk’ but we were left feeling that there was no doubt that they could actually back up what they were saying.”

Once the agreement was met, a swift two weeks passed where contracts were signed and exchanged, with Philip James formally taking over the property management on 1st July 2016.
