Smart Efficient Solutions Named "Contractor of the Month" by Ygrene Energy Fund

Tampa, FL, July 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- SMART Efficient Solutions, a business entity approved by the Florida Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program, has been named “Contractor of the Month” for the month of June by Ygrene Energy Fund.

Since its inception in 2015, SMART Efficient Solutions (SES) has pooled its resources together to form a powerhouse entity that brings awareness of and facilitates projects for PACE Florida, a government-approved initiative that provides financing for property owners to enjoy the benefits of clean energy upgrades that save money and help the environment.

SMART Efficient Solutions works directly with Ygrene to seek out qualified property owners, educate them on the benefits of the PACE program and help those property owners who choose to participate to find the right program-approved contractors to effect clean energy upgrades such as new energy efficient air conditioning systems, roofing, impact windows, solar panels, spray foam insulation and more.
