Chuck Pillsbury Joins Kevin Hill Team at Mission Viejo Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

Mission Viejo, CA, July 31, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Mortgage industry veteran Chuck Pillsbury has joined the Mission Viejo office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as a REALTOR®-Broker Associate on the Kevin Hill Team.

“Chuck was in the mortgage business for 13 years, and a regional vice president at two mortgage firms,” Branch Manager Mike Bianchi said. “His career success has been a direct reflection of his personal and professional value systems. We are delighted that he has joined of our office.”

“I like dealing with people and real estate complements my degree in finance,” said Pillsbury, who lived in Lake Forest for 40 years before recently moving to Capistrano Beach with his wife, Linda. “My mortgage background allows me to understand the loan end of the transaction, so I can guide my clients to the bets product for their needs.”

Pillsbury holds an MBA from University of San Francisco and a bachelor or arts degree in finance from Bradley University. He has taught finance classes and has earned the Short Sale Specialist designation.

Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, swimming, and tennis. He and Linda head the international Peace Preschool initiative at Saddleback Church, aligning with churches to help with educating the poorest of the poor. He served for four years in the U.S. Coast Guard.
