AMTS Expands Life Science Footprint with Acquisition of Validation Specialists

Austin, TX, August 04, 2016 --(PR.com)-- AM Technical Solutions (AMTS) is continuing to strengthen its capabilities in the Life Sciences market and has acquired the Boston-based company, Validation Specialists (VS). Incorporated in 2003, with offices in Boston, Denver, Houston, and San Francisco, Validation Specialists provides a range of solutions within the Life Sciences Industry. Solutions include quality validation of biopharmaceutical and medical device systems, equipment and processes across a broad range of services, including development and execution of equipment, process, cleaning and sterilization, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) Validation Protocols and Reports.
