Certified Organic Confectionery Performers by Norevo

Hamburg, Germany, August 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Norevo released the first certified organic Confectionery Performers in 2016. The product range from their own development is now expanded by Quick Coat, Quick Shine and Quick Oil in certified organic quality.

Quick Coat BIO is a pre-coating agent for the centers of pan-coated products. It forms a stabilizing, isolating and protecting layer on the center surface. Quick Coat BIO improves the adhesion between center and coating layer and prevents the migration of oil, humidity or acid.

Quick Shine BIO is a glazing agent for chocolate-coated products. It creates a long-lasting high gloss on the surface of chocolate dragees in a short time - even under difficult polishing conditions.

Quick Oil BIO is an anti-sticking agent for gums and jellies. The anti-sticking agent is specifically developed for the use on hard and soft mogul products. It prevents sticky product surfaces and creates a subtle surface gloss.
