Priority Expands Into North America; Opens New US Subsidiary
Rosh Haayin, Israel, August 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Priority Software today announced the expansion of its business operations in North America, with the establishment of Priority Software USA and the recent purchase of US-based ERP consulting and services firm Performa Apps. The acquisition is estimated at several million US dollars.
Ted Rohm, Senior ERP Analyst at TEC (Technology Evaluation Centers) analysts and software selection experts, comments, “Priority Software, with the acquisition of the talent and experience of Performa Apps, has positioned itself to make an immediate impact in the ERP market in North America. The Priority ERP solution brings broad and deep ERP capabilities to multiple industries at a very accessible price and low total cost of ownership (TCO).”
In response to growing demand for its flagship ERP model, Priority is targeting the SMB market in the region to offer an alternative to the complex, costly traditional ERP systems from giant vendors. Robust functionality, combined with a high degree of flexibility and a simple and intuitive user experience has brought major savings in TCO of up to 70%, including internal costs and maintenance.
US customers can also expect to benefit from Priority’s dedication to future proofing technology with data analytics, APIs, application generators and more. This enables customers in sectors such as manufacturing to develop Internet of Things (IoT) services on top of the Priority software platform. Additionally, the company’s strong commitment to cloud delivery model (all modules also available as SaaS) sets it apart from other vendors, as it fast becomes the preferred consumption model for enterprise software platforms in mature markets.
Andres Richter, CEO of Priority Software, comments, "We have several hundred customers in North & Central America with the potential to expand our presence in the region. We are proud of our initiative with Performa Apps and are confident that we can bring a new level of innovation to customers, ultimately helping to make ERP easier. With a ready team on the ground, we will be able to develop a user community to attract new customers and prospects, including the expansion of new services to existing customers."
According to Dan Aldridge, Performa Apps CEO and recently nominated as Managing Director, Priority Software USA, "As a longtime ERP enthusiast, I know that Priority ERP is precisely what the US market needs – simplicity, flexibility and cost-effectiveness, all on a single platform. I am confident that together, we can expand Priority's presence and better serve the US SMB market."
