Badger Maps' Lasso Tool Now Available on iPhone and iPad
The sales routing app Badger Maps announces the long-awaited arrival of Badger Maps 2.1.0 on the iPhone and the iPad. The update boasts new major features that were requested by its customers and improve the way salespeople operate in the field according to the founder and CEO Steve Benson.
San Francisco, CA, August 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Badger Maps has released an update for the iPhone and iPad. Badger’s Lasso tool was previously only available on the desktop version of their application, now the users can use it on the iPhone and iPad as well. This tool lets them build or adjust their route in a matter of seconds and get insights into their customers directly on their mobile device. Badger has gotten very positive feedback from its customers regarding the lasso tool, it saves users a considerable amount of time - especially when large numbers of accounts are involved. It helps them group locations, optimize routes, or mass update customer details on the go.
With the latest update, Badger Maps users can also create a new account anywhere on their map by pressing and holding their finger on an area. This maps a new account using that point’s latitude and longitude.
The company also implemented a request they received from many sales managers. The new Badger now allows for managers to see their representatives’ points on the map for collaboration on the iPhone and iPad. Just like the web application, the ‘My Team’ menu is now available on iOS.
Steve Benson, Founder and CEO of Badger Maps, says, “I’m very excited about the update because with the new features, salespeople can do even more on the move and work more efficiently when they’re out in the field. We’re always listening to our customer’s requests and are constantly improving our mobile app to make Badger Maps the perfect solution for every salesperson.”
