This deal successfully closed in August 2016 with tenants such as Alliance Health Partners, The Shandy Clinic, Revolution Rehab, and Professional Pharmacy LLC. The property is conveniently located off Printers Parkway and E Pikes Peak Ave. The building was originally constructed in 1999.
