Charity Pool Tournament for Outcast Rescue Deemed Success
The annual Charity Pool Tournament hosted by Sunday Pool League, which benefited Outcast Rescue, was deemed a great success. The pool tournament was held on August 6 at The Lappawinzo Fish & Game in Northampton. Sunday Pool League was thrilled to hand over $1,600 to the rescue, exceeding their goal of $1,500.
Northampton, PA, August 14, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The annual Charity Pool Tournament hosted by Sunday Pool League, which benefited Outcast Rescue, was deemed a great success. The pool tournament was held on August 6 at The Lappawinzo Fish & Game in Northampton. Sunday Pool League was thrilled to hand over $1,600 to the rescue, exceeding their goal of $1,500. Outcast Rescue is a group of volunteers that teams up with local shelters to help lower the amount of adoptable dogs sitting in shelters. They specialize in Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. Being foster-based, they rely on the support and donations from our community to provide foster families with the food, supplies and veterinary care their dogs need.
The event included raffles, prizes and donations from the following local businesses: Instattoosionalized, Daku's Auto Body Shop, King Kone, Blue Monkey Sports Bar & Restaurant, The Colony Meadery, Samuel Owens Restaurant & Bar, Santa Fe Taco Co., Redner's Warehouse Markets, Blue Mountain Resort, Crazy K's Entertainment & Photo Booth Services, DJ Statik, Franklin Hill Vineyards, Northampton Seafood Market, Tanczos Beverages Northampton, Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Spring Hill Golf & Batting Cages, Kornfeind's Market, Blondies Cupcakes, Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays, Pet Supplies Plus, Willow Brook Golf Club, Tanczos Beverage Bethlehem, Muschko Pool Repairs, Ranger Rod & Gun Club (Ranger’s Lake). The event would not have been such a success without this great support.
Sunday Pool League, a not for profit organization currently consisting of over 100 local members throughout the Lehigh Valley. The league is a travelling league that plays on Sunday’s starting late September through May. New teams and new players are always welcome.
