Cory Fritzler Expands Real Estate Portfolio in Dallas, Miami
Dallas, TX, January 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Despite record foreclosure rates and declining property values in 2007, there is evidence suggesting the worst may be over, providing significant opportunities for investors and home buyers in 2008 and 2009. As a result, Cory Fritzler, real estate investor and entrepreneur, has increased his portfolio in the South Florida market and continues to hold and manage over 40 rental properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
“Dallas continues to be a strong market for rentals,” said Fritzler, president of Swole Enterprizes, a Texas-based real estate investment company.
“Properties are affordable to tenants and we also provide them with home ownership opportunities as well,” he added.
In addition to the Dallas market, Cory Fritzler has strengthened his company’s position in the Miami Beach area. Having recently closed on two units at the Knickerbocker, Fritzler says the newly purchased real estate is one block from the beach, where tourists can take advantage of a premium location for a reasonable price.
The Knickerbocker, located in South Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods, is a 1926 art deco building that has recently been converted into 19 condominium units. The interiors feature modern European kitchens, bathrooms and amenities for the comfort of owners and tenants. It caters to the affluent, but also offers great value in the heart of Miami Beach.
“These units are for tourists and visitors who want more than what a simple hotel room has to offer,” he said.
Fritzler has a total of three units available in the area and plans on expanding his presence on South Beach later in 2008.
As the recipient of multiple awards for his work in real estate, Cory Fritzler is known for his innovative real estate investing, unique financing programs, charitable work and benevolence.
In 2005, Fritzler used his real estate holdings in Texas to assist displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina. More recently, he attended the 7th Annual Andy Roddick Foundation Charity Weekend in Boca Raton, Florida last month. His generous donation helped raise money and awareness towards Roddick’s foundation.
Moving into 2008, Fritzler anticipates more investment opportunities, with a focus solely on the Dallas and South Florida markets.
