Reorganization of HEE Corporation

Plattsmouth, NE, February 16, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The newly appointed Board of Directors of HEE Corporation would like to summarize the recent reorganization activities that have taken place over the past few months.

On Nov. 15, 2005, Radley Brooks submitted his resignation as interim President of HEE Corporation. Frank Stuckey tendered his resignation as Board Chairman, but remained in the position until a new management team was appointed.

On Dec. 9, 2005, Keith Wiese, formally a member of HEE Corporation’s Voluntary Advisory Board, was appointed as the Interim Chairman of the Board of HEE Corporation. In addition, shareholders Ransom (Randy) Maynard and Moe Moazeni were appointed to the Board. Chad Ballinger, Michael Moy, Arthur Peplow and Tim Palm continued their activities as Voluntary Advisory Board members.

With the appointment of Keith Wiese as HEE Corporation’s Board Chairman, Frank Stuckey finalized his resignation as Chairman, and agreed to assist the new Board of Directors with their transition efforts.

HEE Corporation’s corporate office has moved from Hutchinson, Kansas to Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Email, phone numbers and website contact information for HEE Corporation remain the same. The existing inventory of HPB-84 and WL2000 has been moved to a new order fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia.
