All-Star Roster Behind North Raleigh’s Premier Luxury Home Community Revealed
Raleigh, NC, August 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Avalaire, North Raleigh’s premier destination for luxury living, has announced the team of developers, project managers, architects, sales and marketing professionals behind the 160-acre community near the intersection of Durant Road and Honeycutt Road.
Two leading Triangle developers, Mark MacDonald and Pablo Reiter, are behind the project. MacDonald, a former managing director of investments at Highwood Properties and Stratford Land, is currently the CEO of Arcadia Real Estate Advisors. Reiter is the Owner of Terramor Homes, an award-winning luxury homebuilder. Recognizing the resurgence of demand for luxury living communities since the recession, MacDonald and Reiter began planning Avalaire as their first joint land development project in Raleigh.
Serving as a consultant and project manager, Rob Weintraub oversees the planning, contracting and field work for Avalaire. A veteran project manager whose experience includes guiding the Heritage Wake Forest development, he launched his own consulting business managing land development projects in 2012.
Tony M. Tate Landscape Architecture and Timmons Group will oversee the architectural, engineering and design components of Avalaire. With more than 19 years of experience in landscape architecture and land planning in the Southeast, Tony M. Tate serves a diverse mix of residential, commercial and industrial clients in the Triangle area and statewide. Deemed one of Engineering News Record’s Top 500 Design firms for nearly 20 years, Timmons Group provides civil engineering, environmental, geotechnical, GIS/geospatial technology, landscape architecture and surveying services to a diverse client base.
John and Leslie Young are Avalaire’s exclusive sales team. Both have earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® designation (CLHMS), and Leslie is a member of the local Luxury Home Marketing Group.
