Oliver Yarbrough Elected to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Atlanta Board of Directors

Atlanta, GA, August 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Atlanta Chapter, recently elected Oliver Yarbrough, PMP, to its Board of Directors. He will serve as Vice President for fiscal 2017.
