The Founder, Uwem Uwemakpan, an IT Consultant and Serial Entrepreneur, stated that it is imperative that attention needs to be given to Entrepreneurs doing business in Africa as her problems are quite diverse and peculiar when compared to the Western World. He also stated that Africa needs a hub of solutions and not just a constant reminder of the problems she face which are quite obvious, and this is why The Afropreneur exists.
