Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. Announces Company Name & Symbol Change

Miami, FL, January 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. (SMEV). | Effective January 16, 2008 the trading company’s name, 5th Avenue Channel Corp. was changed to Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. In addition, effective immediately, the old symbol FAVE is replaced with a new symbol SMEV. As part of this corporate action the company also executed a 100 to 1 reverse stock split bringing the total issued and outstanding common stock to 85,305,127.

On January 16, 2008 Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. became aware of an apparent rumor of its impending sale. The Company wishes to give notice to the public that any rumor of its sale, or the sale of the recently acquired public company are false. Furthermore, the company has undertaken appropriate actions to determine the party(ies) responsible for such rumors. The Company vows to take all available legal actions against the responsible parties.
