Lutheran Services in America and the Annie E. Casey Foundation Bring Together Key Leaders to Improve Child Well-being Programs in the United States

Washington, DC, August 29, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Lutheran Services in America (LSA) is proud to announce a new partnership with the Annie E. Casey Foundation (AECF) to bring together key leaders serving children, youth, and families to participate in AECF’s preeminent Results-Based Leadership Institute (RBLI). This collective work is made possible through the continued generous support of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, which has previously partnered with LSA on two prior learning cohorts.

Led by RBLI faculty members Donna Stark, Barbara Squires, and Raj Chawla, and tailored specifically for LSA members, this is a unique and exciting opportunity for leaders in the LSA network to participate in the highly regarded results-based leadership approach, and to be part of a national youth wellbeing program with impact on communities across the United States.

Launching in September 2016, this eight-month program is designed to support the LSA network of children, youth and family providers to create a collective set of results-based, data-driven performance measures to improve youth wellbeing nationally; integrate new results-based tools, approaches and methods into all aspects of their agencies; and prepare leaders to work with stakeholders to achieve improved well-being for children and youth in their communities. The RBLI faculty will provide individualized coaching, consultation, and support to the members.

The following LSA member organizations are participating in the AECF Results-Based Leadership Institute: Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains, Lutheran Services Carolinas, Lutheran Services Florida, Inc., Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, Lutheran Social Services of Indiana, Lutheran Social Services of New York, Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota, Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area, Upbring (the new Lutheran Social Services of the South), and Wellspring Lutheran.
