Aptora Mobile II was released a few years ago as a mobile solution within internet browsers on mobile devices. The Aptora Mobile II App now allows Aptora Corporation to offer even more mobile service management features to their clients. The app includes all current mobile accounting, scheduling, invoicing, work order management and payment features of Aptora Mobile II plus:
App will notify users of alerts and new Work Orders, Sales Opportunities, or Appointments.
App will notify users if new Work Orders are in their area, and can then accept or decline a Work Order. Administrator must have this setting turned on in Aptora Mobile II.
App syncs GPS with Total Office Manager and Aptora Mobile II. Users who have Aptora Schedule Board can then view the status and locations of technicians and assets on a map in real time.
App has a bar code scanner feature to add items for Work Orders, Invoices and Purchase Orders. This bar code scanner uses the devices camera.
Contains feature for collecting credit card payments via image capturing. The App uses the device's camera to scan the credit card. Using object character recognition technology, Aptora Mobile II then reads the credit card information and fills in the various fields for you. No actual picture is taken or saved. It is very secure and the whole process takes just a few seconds.
