The Head of a Girl released their much anticipated alternative/ electronic/ industrial debut E.P. entitled “someplace somewhere.” on the 8 TRAX Sound label.

Influenced by an array of musicians including Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd, Nine Inch Nails, Massive Attack, Portishead, Curve, PJ Harvey, and Depeche Mode, The Head of a Girl consists of eight extremely talented musicians who share the same passion for music.

Led by producer/songwriter Glenn A.D., The Head of a Girl is introducing newcomer female vocalists Meghan Benson and Shel Bailey as well as Steve Krason on guitar, who play alongside some pretty amazing veterans in the industry, bass guitarist, Leigh Gorman (Bow Wow Wow, Adam and the Ants), drummer, Vince McAley (gofight, Die Warzau), drummer, Gabriel Palomo (The Streets on Fire, Kill Memory Crash), and backing vocalist, owner of Studio 11 Chicago, Alex Gross (Strap on Sweetie/ Bored of Education). Together they have released a six track EP which manages to be nostalgic as well as fresh and new.
