The Confidence Factor for Women Seeks Local Ambassadors
The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership introduces in person, advisory support for women in leadership.
New York, NY, September 06, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership seeks local ambassadors to launch the new Confidence Club for Women. The Confidence Club will serve as a local peer advisory roundtable group, which will connect once per month with its members and provide leadership support, referrals and accountability for high level women leaders in underrepresented industries.
The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership is a global executive leadership firm for professional women, which focuses on gender diversity and inclusion initiatives for companies and organizations seeking to increase the roles of women at the c-level. The work of the Confidence Factor has been featured in an advisory capacity at Amec Foster Wheeler (East Coast Offices), Suncoast Human Resources, Inroads, ASASBO (Antigua), Biz Divas India and many more. In addition, the founder, Carol Sankar, has been featured on numerous news programs and syndicated talk shows; including (but not limited to) The Steve Harvey Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, LearnVest, Daily Worth, Verizon, Bounce TV, Career Builder, Amex Open and more, as a leading business consultant and leadership advisor.
The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership commenced in early 2015 and has grown to serve thousands of subscribers globally. The Confidence Club will create more value as each roundtable will help women lead with confidence, while being supported personally by established leaders. The Club seeks women in underrepresented industries such as engineering, law, medicine, tenured professors, franchise owners, inventors, high level business owners, accountants, real estate professionals, etc.
The Club is seeking ambassadors in major cities, preference for New York City, Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, Houston, Toronto, Montreal, London, Sydney, Berlin, Paris and Monaco. Additional cities outside of these areas will be considered. Each ambassador will officiate monthly meetings, seek new members and create additional value for current members.
