Free Computer Skills Training Offered to Job Seekers HIREDTexas Job Club Teaches Essential Computer Classes to Unemployed

Round Rock, TX, September 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- HIREDTexas offers free computer classes to area unemployed. HIREDTexas, a federally recognized nonprofit organization, helps job seekers looking for career opportunities in Central Texas, with weekly networking meetings, forums and classes. HIREDTexas offers a variety of learning opportunities to improve job skills. Classes meet at Grace Presbyterian Church at 1705 Gattis School Road in Round Rock. Laptops are available for use by the participants. All classes are offered free of charge but participants must register to ensure appropriate resources are available. The new schedule starting in September will cover the following:
September 12 – 27: Excel 1 (Beginner) and Word 2 (Intermediate)
October 3 - 18: Excel 2 (Intermediate) and PowerPoint 1 (Beginner)
November 7 - 22: PowerPoint 2 (Intermediate)
December 5 – 20: Excel 1 (Beginner)
Classes are taught on HIREDTexas equipment. Trainers provide hands-on assistance throughout the class.

Weekly networking meetings and forums to enhance interviewing skills, improve personal branding and online profiles are part of the services available to area unemployed individuals.
