The eight-story building bolsters a panoramic view of Colorado’s foothills and bluffs. The renovation, built by Snyder Building Construction and designed by Davis Partnership Architects, features significant upgrades to all restrooms, a new 1,300-square-foot conference room, an upgraded fitness facility, and shared cafe nook.
