Sustain Dane was seriously considering relocating from their offices in downtown Madison, but managed to stay put, thanks to creative lease negotiations by Ross Rikkers of Cresa Madison.
Madison, WI, September 08, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Madison represented Sustain Dane in a renewal of its current lease at 131 West Wilson Street. Sustain Dane elected to renew their lease after considering a number of relocation options within the marketplace.
Sustain Dane is a nonprofit organization based in Madison that fosters a rich and diverse community of sustainability champions through programs and initiatives that result in greater impacts in homes, neighborhoods, schools and workplaces. The organization started as a grassroots group in 1997 and was established as a 501(c)3 in 2003.
