As the exclusive financial advisors to TGCVS, Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors assisted the Houston veterinary hospital in completing financial due diligence for the transaction and supporting the closing of the sale. The sale of TGCVS was part of a multi-hospital transaction in Texas, where San Antonio-based Mission Veterinary Specialists and Austin-based Veterinary Emergency Specialty Center also joined Compassion-First Pet Hospitals.
