Erie Homecoming and Erie Business Showcase 2016
Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership announced today its plans for Erie Homecoming 2016.
Erie, PA, September 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership announced today its plans for Erie Homecoming 2016, an event designed to stimulate conversation, new connections, and re-engage highly talented people that grew up here, went to school here, or worked here.
According to Jake Rouch, Vice President Economic Development of Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership, “the event is centered on better leveraging Erie’s network of former residents to speed our transformation by learning from their success and engaging them in our actions.”
The event will feature breakout sessions with individual experts on panels sharing their stories of success and insights into their particular fields of endeavor representing politics, medicine, technology, manufacturing, education, and more. Speakers will be a combination of both past residents as well as those who are at the center of exciting new developments right here in Erie.
At the present time, Erie Homecoming sponsors include: Ben Franklin Technology Partners (Premier Sponsor), Innovation Collaborative (Premier Sponsor), Industrial Sales and Manufacturing, Knox Law Firm, McDonald Illig Jones & Britton, Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services, PSB, Key Bank, Whitehall, Presque Isle Downs & Casino, Custom Group, Vistage, HBKW, Erie Technology Incubator, Quality Management Services, Insurance Management Company, and Great Lakes Automation. Sponsorship opportunities remain available for companies and individuals interested in supporting the event.
The event will also include the Erie Business Showcase – a business expo event where all attendees will be able to meet Erie businesses and learn more about Erie’s vibrant business community, our regional businesses capabilities, and their passion for the future of the Erie area.
The Erie Regional Chamber continues to solicit names of former Erie residents to join the formal program. Anyone who would like to share the name of a family member, friend or former co-worker who has gone on to great professional success in their field of endeavor or any local business would like to exhibit in the Erie Business Showcase should contact Jake Rouch or Brett Wiler at (814) 454-7191.
