Teen Safe Driving Day at Safetyville, USA
September 17 event raises awareness of distracted driving behaviors.
Sacramento, CA, September 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Safety Center will host the 2nd Annual Teen Safe Driving Day at Safetyville USA on Saturday, September 17, from 9:30am-2:00pm. This free event, which includes activities, prizes, and concessions, is in partnership with Impact Teen Drivers and The Allstate Foundation.
Car crashes are the number one killer of teenagers in America. This event provides a safe environment for teens who are interested in learning about the risks they face as new drivers. Activities include a Pedal Kar course to demonstrate the dangers of distracted driving, a seatbelt challenge presented by CHP, presentations by victims of distracted driving behaviors, driving simulators, and many other interactive experiences.
