Busch will present two lectures regarding federal government contracts at the "Current Issues in Federal Contract Work" program, a professional development event presented by the Colorado Bar Association CLE and the Women Veterans of Colorado.

Littleton, CO, September 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- "Current Issues in Federal Contract Work" is a daylong program focused on successful competition and execution of federal government contracts, specifically for law firms and small businesses. The informational program is most beneficial for small business owners and veterans looking to contract services with the federal government, as well as attorneys serving clients with government contracts.

Richard Busch will open the seminar with a welcome and introduction, followed by his program "Federal Government Contracts: Overview from 30,000 Feet." In that session, Busch will provide attendees with an understanding of the federal government contract process, along with best practices. Later in the day, he will also discuss navigating the ethical boundaries of obtaining and executing government contracts during his lecture, "The Ethics of Working with the Federal Government: Traps for the Unwary."

Asked about working in the Government market place, Rich Busch said, "It an honor, privilege and a serious responsibility. The Government has recently increased its focus by relying on small businesses and private industry for innovative technical solutions and ideas. Some of these new programs offer financial incentives to these talented companies. Most importantly, the Government is seeking Veteran owned and Women owned small businesses for these increased opportunities."

Busch also commented, "The CBA has agreed to open this Federal Contracting CLE to non-lawyer attendees. As the Program Chair, I consider it an honor to help inform these companies of these programs and help them 'do it right.'"
