1705Prime Chophouse and Events to Host Wine Dinner

Raleigh, NC, January 21, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that 1705Prime Chophouse and Events will host a Woodford Reserve dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. The dinner, sponsored by Woodford Reserve Spirits, will include a five course menu featuring items such as Woodford Reserve house cured salmon, Woodford Reserve peach barbeque and Dry Aged Woodford Reserve strip steak. The price for the dinner is $50 per person, and space is limited to 50 people.

1705Prime, a steakhouse and catering facility located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road features a 300-bottle wine list, as well as USDA Prime beef dry-aged in house and cooked over 1,000 degrees of North Carolina hickory. The restaurant has six private rooms that can accommodate parties of up to 175 people, and is also the home of the Stinger Lounge, North Raleigh’s finest upscale lounge.
