Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner, a Scottsdale-based law firm, has pledged funds for a scholarship to assist students attending Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. The scholarship will be available to students with unexpected financial needs during the school year.
Scottsdale, AZ, September 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner is pleased to announce that it has pledged funding for a scholarship to assist law students facing unexpected financial needs during the school year.
Randy Nussbaum, a graduate of ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, stated, “The firm’s gift is designed to provide a resource to those students so they can remain in school, notwithstanding their mid-term economic hardship.”
In conjunction with the scholarship pledge, the firm celebrated the opening of the Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner Interview Room with family, friends and clients August 23. The celebration included an early evening reception complete with tours of the recently opened Beus Center for Law and Society, home to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and the Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner Interview Room.
During the ribbon cutting ceremony toasts, Randy Nussbaum remarked, “It is our hope that the Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner Interview Room will be the genesis of the legal careers for the next generation of Arizona attorneys.”
