The 1U high console drawer displays a 24 inch widescreen supporting 1920 x 1200 native WUXGA ultra high resolution. The display also offers PIP and Picture by Picture viewing efficiency. The drawer is side accessible design, which can slide out from either left or right side. The 104-keys keyboard comes with either touchpad or trackball. The SUN Micro or MAC keyboard options are also available. The new enhanced aesthetics is the molded front handle. The front USB port is for device access and it is only for USB Hub KVM.
KD8124 displays a 24.1” widescreen TFT LCD panel of 1920 x 1200 display resolution. The brightness is 300 with 16.7 M colors. The contrast ratio is 1000:1 and LED backlight. The mean time between failure (MTBF) is 30,000 hours. The video input supports standard DVI-D with option for HDMI with bundle speaker x 2. If opted for the speaker, it is a built-in Dual Stereo with 2W X 2. An optional feature for 3G/ HD/ SD-SDI Broadcast-grade input with speaker is available.
The black console drawer can tolerate operating temperature from 0°C to 55°C and storage temperature at -20°C to 60°C. The operating humidity can withstand at 20~90%, non-condensing and storage humidity at 5~90%, non-condensing. Its operating altitude is 16,000 feet and non-operating altitude is 40,000 feet. The shock resistance is at 10G acceleration (11ms duration) and vibration resistance is at 5~500Hz 1G RMS random vibration. The power input is auto-sensing 100 to 240VAC, 50/60Hz with optional DC power at 12V/ 24V/ 48V/ 110~125V.
KD8124 measures at 17.4 x 27.6 x 1.73 inch and weights at 33.7 lbs. The console cables contain 6 feet DVI-D of DVI-D plus USB server end and DVI-D.
