Loretta M. Menendian Recognized as a VIP for 2016 by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication
Fort Walton Beach, FL, September 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Loretta M. Menendian of Fort Walton Beach, Florida has been recognized as a VIP for 2016 by Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Edition for her outstanding contributions and achievements for over 50 years in the field of art.
About Loretta M. Menendian
Ms. Menendian is an Art Teacher at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida. She has taught there for the past 12 years. She teaches art in all mediums including acrylic and pencil and does 2 art shows per year at the college showcasing her students. Previously, she worked in the animation field, illustrating backgrounds and storyboards. Ms. Menendian also owned a T-shirt company, Lobrus Grafix, where she designed Christian T-shirts.
Ms. Menendian had a One Woman Art Show at the Full Circle Gallery in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She currently has original artwork and prints on display at Furniture Resources, and the Trophy Center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Ms. Menendian is planning to place her work on Etsy in 2017. She illustrated three books written by Dale Willett, “White Cloud and his Magic Lasso,” “White Cloud and the Rainbow Girls” and “The Golden Eagle and the Snow Shoe Hare.” She is now working on illustrations for another children’s book by Dale Willett, “White Cloud and The Challenge.” Next year, Ms. Menendian will be illustrating another children’s book titled “The Wild Thing.”
In 2000, Ms. Menendian obtained an A.A.S. in Multimedia Technology from Northwest Florida State College. In her spare time she likes to travel.
