Stephen Ladds Explains How Zapurder Captures Badgeman in His New Book
Dog Ear Publishing reviews a new book that explores how Zapurder captures Badgeman on his film of the JFK assassination. Readers will discover how to locate the Badgeman on the Zapurder film.
Glenwood, IA, September 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Author Stephen Ladds was days away from turning 7 when he heard the news that the president had been shot. Forever after, Nov. 22, 1963, would be a day to remember for crying teachers, the televised funeral that followed and the explanation about what most likely happened. In a new book released by Dog Ear Publishing, Ladds disputes the findings of the Warren Commission, revealing little-known evidence that contradicts its conclusions.
In “JFK Assassination Final Resolution,” Ladds includes information that backs up his claims that Federal Bureau of Investigation Director J. Edgar Hoover did not include portions of the amateur movie of the shooting captured by Abraham Zapurder with his home-movie camera.
Ladds take issue with the Warren Commission’s findings that involves the three bullets Lee Harvey Oswald is believed to have fired. One missed the motorcade entirely, one was the fatal shot to the president’s head and the third caused injuries in both Kennedy and Texas Gov. John Connally, who was struck in three places. Ladds sides with those who find it hard to believe one bullet caused so much damage and places the blame for inaccurate findings by the commission on it not receiving all of the information from Hoover’s FBI.
A police officer who wandered out of his designated area and confiscated film taken by a soldier, as well as missteps by the very government designed to protect its people, provided plenty of reason to suspect conspiracy and inaccurate conclusions. Detailed graphics, evidence from other authors and photographs not usually in the public’s eye provide background for this unexpected look at one of the pivotal events of the 20th century.
Ladds became interested in the Kennedy assassination while in high school when a friend showed him a book by Josiah Thompson, “Six Seconds In Dallas,” that offered theories on multiple gunmen. His interest was reawakened in October 1989 when he ran across a videotape recording of “The Men Who Killed Kennedy,” directed by Nigel Turner. This started a research project that lasted 26-plus years and ended with this new book “JFK Assassination Final Resolution.”
