Wert-Berater, Inc. has been engaged as of August 2016 to provide a feasibility study for the a recently closed 3-story 76,000 square foot General Hospital that was operated as a 86 bed facility formerly known as East Texas Medical Center Clarksville. The Primary Market Area is a radius of about 150 miles based on the patient base of the local doctors who will own and operate the hospital.
Clarksville, TX, September 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Wert-Berater, Inc. has been engaged as of August 2016 to provide a feasibility study for the a recently closed 3-story 76,000 square foot General Hospital that was operated as a 86 bed facility formerly known as East Texas Medical Center Clarksville. The subject project is the renovation and bed number expansion of an existing hospital building that was used as a Public Hospital into a For Profit Hospital. The renovation plan includes an interior renovation. The interior renovation has been designed to include gutting the interior including plumbing, electrical, and replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipment and technology on all 3-floors. An estimate of about 10,000 to 15,000 square feet of usable building area is planned to be added to the gross building area of about 76,000 square feet.
The scope of this study included four tests of project viability: Economic feasibility; Market feasibility; Cost feasibility; and Financial Feasibility.
