G-Cube Garners Three Wins at Brandon Hall Learning & Development Awards 2016
G-Cube received the highly coveted awards in three categories – Best Use of Blended Learning, Best Program for Sales Training and Performance and Best Use of Video for Learning.
Noida, India, September 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- G-Cube, a global leader in e-Learning industry, celebrates three awards in Brandon Hall’s Learning and Development Awards 2016.
G-Cube received the highly coveted awards in three categories – Best Use of Blended Learning, Best Program for Sales Training and Performance and Best Use of Video for Learning.
In the category of Best Use of Blended Learning, G-Cube won the award for a Spaced Learning Program created to re-enforce classroom and e-learning efforts in Maruti Suzuki India Limited. With the implementation of the program, the time devoted to imparting the information was divided into smaller chunks. These smaller learning chunks were then distributed across several days or weeks. This repetitive methodology encouraged the learners’ brains to perceive the information as ‘important’ and helped them to remember it for long.
For the category of Best Program for Sales Training and Performance, G-Cube showcased an IVR-based assessment system created for the sales team of Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). It created a way to continuously learn and assess even from remote locations where internet connectivity or access to computers is limited. Assessment questions asked were pertaining to everyday work of the sales personnel and challenged them to think on their toes. Technology-aided platform was new to them, but since all that they needed to do was call a toll-free number, learning solution was hugely popular.
Finally, in the category of Best Use of Video for Learning, G-Cube showcased yet another innovative course, an induction program developed for Aditya Birla Finance Limited. The course was a self-paced WBT (web-based training), where 5 organizational values of ABFL were illustrated through a series of short videos that showed the many virtues of adopting them.
Manish Gupta, CEO of G-Cube (www.gc-solutions.net), celebrated this win by saying, "The Brandon Hall Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in the industry, and it’s a proud day for G-Cube to have won in all the three categories in which we participated this year. It reinforces our conviction in ourselves – and our belief in the strength of: learning technology. Bestowed with these honors, we will continue in our passion for innovation and excellence in all that we do."
