Titan Creative Design Mulls Centralized Design Center
Titan Creative Design is conducting a feasibility study into a proposed design center in Singapore.
Singapore, Singapore, September 29, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Titan Creative Design has today announced that it is to commission a feasibility study that will examine the potential for the establishment of a centralized design center in Singapore. The proposed center would, if deemed feasible, house design teams for the company’s architectural operations and furnishing/office interiors divisions under one roof.
Currently, the architectural design team is accommodated at the company’s Hong Kong Street headquarters while the furnishings/office interiors creative team is located at serviced offices at Science Park Road.
Titan Creative Design hopes that the combined accommodation will improve synergies, enhance creativity and create fertile ground for innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
“If, as we suspect, the feasibility study concurs with our vision, we will be seeking to raise capital from stakeholders and via private placements to fund the development of an environment conducive to bringing out the best collaborative ideas from both teams that will be equipped with the very latest in technology,” says Nic Chohan, CEO of Titan Creative Design.
The company is to invite tenders from a number of well-known inspection and verification consultants with a view to making an appointment in the next few weeks. If the study gives the go-ahead, the new interior design team headed by Lloyd Neri will join Mr. Chohan and the architectural design team at an as-yet-to-be-confirmed address in Singapore’s central business district.
“We’re not at a point where we can provide a cast-iron figure on the cost of developing the design center but we would be surprised if the figure exceeded 7 million SGD,” explains Mr. Chohan.
