First Short-Term Care Insurance National Conference Announced by Advisory Center
The National Advisory Center for Short Term Care Information announced plans for the first national short-term care insurance industry conference. The 3-day event will take place April 2017 in Dallas, TX.
Los Angeles, CA, October 01, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The first National Short-Term Care Insurance Summit was announced today by the National Advisory Center for Short-Term Care Information. The national organization was established to create a presence for short-term care insurance in the United States.
"We are excited about organizing the first national conference focused on short-term care insurance and believe it is essential to growing the industry," declared Jesse Slome, NACSTCI director and organizer of the conference.
The conference will run alongside the Ninth National Medicare Supplement Insurance Summit that takes place April 11-13, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Over 500 individuals attended the 2016 Summit held in Kansas City.
"Medicare Supplement insurance and short-term care insurance are complementary so it's a natural fit," explains Jesse Slome. "Medicare supplement insurance companies and those offering long-term care insurance have expressed interest in learning more about short-term care insurance. They will gain enormous insight by attending and hearing from industry leaders."
Conference organizers also announced a free day for agents program that will take place immediately prior to the start of the national conference. "We open the doors for agents who want to attend special sessions focused on selling short-term care insurance as well as Medicare Supplement solutions," Slome notes. There is no cost to attend the free day but an entry pass which can be accessed via the conference website is required to attend.
