Kahlich brings with him more than seven years of experience in the commercial real estate market and a reputation for being a passionate and committed advocate for his clients.

Kahlich started his career an in-house leasing broker for a local commercial property ownership company where he was the Director of Leasing. Prior to moving to Denver, Blake worked as a project manager for a local development company focusing on single and multi-family development and construction. Kahlich has since developed a specialty in retail and office leasing in the Denver-Metro area and takes great pride in working with his clients to achieve the best possible outcome for their real estate requirements. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Northern Arizona University and enjoys riding his mountain bike, snowboarding and being with his wife and daughter in his free time.
