New Student Services Manager at NSC

Oswestry, United Kingdom, October 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- North Shropshire College (NSC) has appointed a new Student Services Manager, Beverly Jackson who comes to NSC after a varied and rewarding career in Student Support, leading Health and Social Care teaching and working as a nurse in the National Health Service. Bev brings a wealth of experience to her role at NSC, having specialised in Safeguarding and spent time sitting as the Further Education representative on the Local Authority Children’s Board.

Bev commented, "The best thing about working in Further Education is ensuring all students have the support to be successful on their course and achieve the next steps in their career goals whilst studying in a happy and safe environment, I am excited to be joining NSC to further improve the student experience and work with partners across Shropshire."

Bev is available to speak to at the Walford open event on Saturday 15th October and Oswestry open event on Wednesday 19th October for any prospective students with support needs.
