Julie Pruitt and Jilenna Parmeley join The Beach Group as agents operating out of the WaterColor office. The Beach Group has also recently welcomed Kendra Marasa to the team as the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Born and raised in Northeast Texas, Julie Pruitt worked as a Sales & Marketing Director for a multi-million dollar computer software company for 14 years. Julie, along with her husband and kids moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2013 after falling in love with the area while vacationing with friends. Julie loves to be able to work so closely with families in helping them find their dream home or selling their existing one.
