RE/MAX Metro Atlanta Expands with Oak Grove Office

RE/MAX Metro Atlanta’s newest office is located at 2749 LaVista Road, at the corner of LaVista and Oak Grove roads. (Familiars know the shopping center as home to Oak Grove Market and other favorites.)

Oak Grove generally encompasses the neighborhoods east of I-85 and north of North Druid Hills Road, and includes sought-after neighborhoods like Sagamore Hills, Leafmore Hills, Creek Park Hills and, of course, Oak Grove. Much of the area takes a Decatur mailing address and zip code, though it is not in the City of Decatur.
“Many neighbors in the area know that until recently we had an office on Clairmont Road, near the intersection with North Druid Hills Road,” says Mark Jones, Managing Broker of RE/MAX Metro Atlanta, “but as the real estate market continues to grow, the time and opportunity are right for us to make this move and we’re happy to become more deeply rooted in the thriving Oak Grove community. To celebrate the opening of the Oak Grove office, Armstrong notes that RE/MAX Metro Atlanta will have several events, including one for agents and business partners and, on Saturday, Oct. 29, an open house for Oak Grove neighbors. The public is invited to drop in and enjoy refreshments – and Halloween treats for the kids – from 3-5 p.m. that Saturday.
Both events will include a drawing with prizes including gift certificates to Oak Grove dining opportunities and VIP Tickets to the upcoming Oak Groove Festival. “We wanted to celebrate our Grand Opening around ‘Oak Groove’ because it’s a signature event for the area and one of the things that makes this community great,” Jones says.
