In this position, Bolm is responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting and financial planning for both the winery and event venue. She will handle the development and implementation of strategic plans to increase the company’s overall profit margin. Bolm will utilize her integrated marketing expertise and special event background, as well as her day-to-day operational leadership and management skills, when driving growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Cedar Lake Cellars, Bolm worked for an international cosmetic company in sales and business development for more than 20 years. She previously created and owned an image consulting company in Hungary.
