Rapid Machining Launches New Service

Nashua, NH, October 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Rapid Machining, one of the largest prototype machining manufacturers in the United States, is excited to announce a new standard 5 day lead time service for lathe parts. Responding to customer demand, Rapid Machining purchased new equipment and reconfigured the manufacturing floor to make this lead-time reduction possible from a standard 7 day lead time. The new service is currently available for lathe parts with a variety of materials and finish options including plating and powder coating.

Since 2009 Rapid Machining has outgrown two facilities and moved to its current 50,000 square foot facility on Charron Ave in Nashua, NH. In 2014, Rapid Machining opened a separate 33,000 low-volume production facility across the street. All prototype parts are quoted in less than 24 business hours and typically delivered in less than 7 business days. The decrease to a 5 day turn for lathe parts allows customers to launch projects even faster.
