American Law Society Recognizes Adina Pollan
The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Adina Pollan has been accepted as a new member.
New York, NY, October 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Adina Pollan, Attorney at Law at Pollan Legal served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerry A. Funk, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida. She was an Associate with an international and national law firm, Of Counsel at the largest Florida law firm, and became Partner for Gillis Way & Campbell before starting her own firm in 2016.
Mrs. Pollan obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law (2002-2005), Cum Laude, where she was the Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She is published in The Florida Bar Journal, “Crawford v. LVNV Funding, LLC: The Interplay Between the Bankruptcy Code and FDCPA” and is widely recognized for her expertise in Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights, and Commercial Litigation.
She is also heavily involved in volunteer work within the field. She was appointed to the Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar in 2016 and is a contributing member to several committees with the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. In addition, Pollan serves as Vice-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee and is on the Judicial Relations Committee of The Jacksonville Bar Association.
