New York, NY, October 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that James R. Amarosa has been accepted as a new member.
Mr. Amarosa, founder of Amarosa Law Firm, is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for every client. Well-versed and knowledgeable in the legal process, Amarosa has extensive experience in handling Personal Injury as well as Criminal Defense cases in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Amarosa makes himself readily available to his clients, due to the sensitivity of representing and collecting damage compensation for individuals and their families to recover the losses they have suffered.
Amarosa earned his law degree from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2002 and an MBA in 1997. After law school, he joined the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office and thereafter founded the Amarosa Law Firm. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Amarosa handles cases for clients accused of allegedly committing felonies and misdemeanors, from basic possession charges to 10/20/life penalty felonies like armed robbery with serious injury. He has also litigated cases in situations where clients or their loved ones have been killed or injured by the negligence of others.
Amarosa enjoys giving back to his community through legal representation. He has had the pleasure of being the Past President of the Hillsborough County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and an active member of the Florida Bar’s Continuing Legal Education Committee, as well as the Bar’s Lawyer Referral Service Committee.
The American Law Society board of directors selectively chooses lawyers who show a history of greatness and consistency. It is a privilege to have Mr. Amarosa join the organization.
