American Law Society Recognizes David K. Blattner

New York, NY, October 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- David Blattner has spent twenty five years helping clients throughout the U.S., Canada, South America and Asia with their commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing and development of major shopping centers, office buildings, parks, marinas, warehouse facilities, hotels, and residential condominiums. David K. Blattner earned his J.D. with Distinction at John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1988. Licensed by the Broward County Bar Association, Blattner is a recognized Martindale Hubbell A.V. rated real estate, banking and business attorney in the State of Florida.

Blattner assists with the negotiation and closing of significant credit facilities for the acquisition and construction of all types of real estate projects as lender’s counsel. As developer's counsel, Blattner works with his clients to obtain debt and equity financing, including syndication of properties, 1031 exchanges and tax exempt financing.
