Launch of Groundbreaking Site for Freelancers Slated for November 1
Lancebase.com offers a powerful tool to help freelancers attract clients and foster relationships.
Portland, OR, October 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- LanceBase is a next-generation message board, using state-of-the-art forum software that is fully responsive, easy to navigate and extremely user friendly. The Services Showcase section offers freelancers a powerful tool for attracting new clients and the site provides a lively discussion forum. Members can interact with one another, collaborate, and find invaluable tips and resources; there is a Tips and Tutorials section offering expert advice and also a Classified section where freelancers can find new opportunities.
“We wanted to create an open environment where freelancers could chat candidly about real-world issues affecting the freelance community,” says PR Director Anthony Shearer. “F2F (freelancer to freelancer).”
Lancebase.com was built by freelancers for freelancers. The site embodies a strong sense of community and mutual helpfulness; its launch is the result of the efforts of a large team of people working together to promote their vision of giving freelancers a ‘home base’. From a relatively modest beginning, Lancebase.com has exceeded its founders’ expectations, with the freelance community providing support and input throughout development.
Freelancers face great challenges - not least of which is attracting suitable clients. In addition to their particular skill, they need to be expert at time management and to be able to wear many hats: marketer, social media expert, and accountant, to name but a few. Such challenges can be daunting - especially for newcomers to the field - so a forum where they can chat freely, exchange ideas and share inspirations with other freelancers is a hugely helpful asset.
“We hope you find this project as exciting as we do,” says Shearer. “As our LanceBase family continues to grow, we look to you, our members, to grow with us.”
