Week #4 of the Ultimate Sports Network's College Football Rankings, the top three remains unchanged. With the Alabama Crimson Tide #1, followed by the Clemson tigers and the Michigan Wolverines. But the losses by Ohio State and Texas A&M, have led to some turmoil directly below. Non-power 5 schools Boise State, Troy, and Western Michigan are on the fringe of making the playoff discussion a bit more difficult.
