Express Logic Enhances IoT Networking Safety and Security

NetX Secure uses Transport Layer Security Protocol (TLS) to achieve socket layer security and supports TLS versions 1.1 and 1.2. Like all of Express Logic’s products, NetX Secure was developed entirely in-house—with no open source content—to ensure the quality and ease of use that customers have come to expect from Express Logic. By leveraging the TLS industry standard, NetX Secure prevents “eavesdropping,” tampering, and pilfering of data across the network.

Safe and Secure Embedded Networking Solution for the IoT
The introduction of NetX Secure strengthens NetX Duo’s arsenal of security capabilities, which already includes Internet Protocol Security (IPsec). IPsec provides secure communication at the network level. The combination of NetX Secure and IPsec provides users more network security options and enables users to develop secure connectivity for a wide variety of IoT and standalone systems that require a small-footprint, standards-based solution.
